Not sure where to post this one? I didn't realise that in the 1970s the Townshend name - I assume its the same one? - was associated with phono cartridge design and manufacture. I came across one about a year ago - it was new old stock EEI 700 - this is a high end moving with a parabolic stylus. Max's attention to detail is evident in the usage notes with an accurate capacitance loading figure and advice on anti-skating settings. I have used this cartridge in my SME V tonearm and it is superb - so musical and involving. See photo.
